today my friend and I visited the dolpjin for a reading with Elaine which was brilliant,afterwards we had a meal,the best cod and chips ,and sat by a roaring log fire,iv never seen a pub decorated so lovely as this at Christmas,the staff were lovely and there was a really warm friendly atmosphere,i just wish I lived nearer as id def want this as my local.

I found the Dolphin to be clean, bright and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent and the garden was charming. Close to the sea, shops and public transport. I also had the added excitement of the possibility of paranormal visitations. Happily, I survived unscathed. I will defiantly stay there again.

The Dolphin offers wonderful food cooked by the best chef ever...excellent service.... brilliant atmosphere in this historic and amazing old pub. A building full of character and charisma , safe and friendly .... lovely garden with car parking space and even dogs on leads are welcome. In my books a must place to visit.
